Abstract: The present invention includes a cable having a plurality of conducting wires; a circuit board arranged at a front of the cable, the conducting wires of the cable being soldered at a rear of the circuit board; a connector arranged at a front of the circuit board and having a plurality of terminal slots; a plurality of terminals secured in the terminal slots to connect to the front of the circuit board with its rear end. The circuit board joined between the cable and the connector in this invention is configured to control the resistance, besides it also benefits the soldering of the cable and the contactor and reduces the yield loss due to the solder paste applied in the SMT process; and the requirements of high frequency specifications can also be satisfied by the circuit arranged on the circuit board.

Abstract: An audio jack connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals fastened to the insulating housing, and a switch terminal assembly mounted to the insulating housing. The switch terminal assembly includes a first switch terminal having an elastic arm, and a second switch terminal. A tail end of the elastic arm is connected with a first touch portion. A connecting portion connected between the tail end of the elastic arm and the first touch portion is fastened with an insulating block. The second switch terminal has a second touch portion. An audio plug connector is inserted into the audio jack connector. After contact portions of the plurality of the conductive terminals contact corresponding docking positions of the audio plug connector, the audio plug connector pushes against the insulating block to move downward to make the first touch portion abut against the second touch portion.

Abstract: A cable connector assembly includes an electrical connector having an insulative housing, a plurality of contacts received in the insulative housing and shelters covering the outer surface of the insulative housing, a cable connecting to the contacts, an outer cover having a rear surface covering the electrical connector and the inner cover has a front surface. The electrical connector has a plurality of front surfaces at a front portion thereof and a rear surface at a rear end thereof. The front surface of the inner cover leans against the front surfaces of the electrical connector and the rear surface of the outer cover leans against the rear surface of the electrical connector. A plurality of wedges are formed on the inner surface of the outer cover and a plurality of grooves corresponding to the wedges are formed on said inner cover. The wedges are mated with said grooves respectively.
