The uplink transmission scheduling method applied to the base station includes: sending configuration information of a sub-band to a terminal, the sub-band being a portion of bandwidth in the system bandwidth; and scheduling the terminal to transmit uplink control information on a full bandwidth uplink control channel or a sub-band uplink control channel. The full bandwidth uplink control channel is an uplink control channel with a bandwidth range less than or equal to the system bandwidth, and the sub-band uplink control channel is an uplink control channel with a bandwidth range less than or equal to a sub-band bandwidth.
