  • Patent number: 5033849
Abstract: The invention relates to an atomizing device of high-melting metal for an improved cost and precision of analysis in flameless atomic absorption spectroscopy which is heated by the direct passage of current. The atomizing device comprises of an upper and lower strip-shaped sheet metal part, placed on top of each other, each having a semi-cylindrical center section which form a hollow-cylindrical cuvette with lateral current lead-ins.
