The oven additionally includes a box disposed below the baking surface with an interior that is in thermal communication with the baking surface, wherein the box supports a burner that is oriented such that heated combustion gas from the burners flows through the box and a portion of the heat from combustion is transferred through the baking surface.

Abstract: A Mongolian griddle assembly includes a housing including an annular wall and a cylindrical griddle plate disposed horizontally on the annular wall. The cylindrical griddle plate includes a first surface configured to support one or more food items and a second surface opposing the first surface. Projections are disposed on the second surface and extend from the second surface. A heat source is disposed within the housing and below the second surface such that heat generated by the heat source is transferred to the cylindrical griddle plate through the second surface.

The barrier system includes a door pivotably mounted to a housing of an appliance, the housing enclosing an internal volume as well as components associated with controlling an environment within the internal volume. The door is configured to selectively isolate the internal volume of the appliance when in a closed configuration, and to allow access to the internal volume when pivoted away from the closed configuration. The door includes a frame rigidly supporting an outer barrier and an inner barrier spacedly positioned thereon, wherein the outer barrier is rigidly mounted to the frame, and the inner barrier is rigidly mounted to the frame, but is configured to be removable from the door upon removal of a fastener.

Abstract: A self-cleaning convection oven includes a cabinet defining an interior cavity for cooking a food product; a door moveable between an open position and a closed position for allowing access to the interior cavity; one or more heating elements positioned in the interior cavity for delivering heat to the interior cavity; a fan positioned within the interior cavity; and a plumbing system operably connected to a water supply for delivering water into the interior cavity of the oven through a first nozzle positioned near the fan. The plumbing system of the self-cleaning convection oven further also delivers a cleaning solution into the interior cavity of the oven.
