    Abstract: Disclosed is an oil separator built-in scroll-type compressor which is compact and lightweight but still maintains the required strength, and which exhibits an excellent oil separating performance. The oil separator built-in scroll-type compressor includes a separation chamber which is disposed adjacent to a discharge chamber, and which separates an oil-containing gas introduced thereinto into gas and oil by centrifugal separation, and from which the separated oil is dropped downward and the gas is extracted upward; and a communication hole between the discharge chamber and the separation chamber through which the oil-containing gas is introduced from the discharge chamber into the separation chamber.
