    Abstract: A fuel system having an overhead tank for gravity feeding marine diesel oil to an engine and a pump for feeding heavy fuel oil to the engine, a mixer connected to the outlet of the tank and the pump and to the inlet of the engine and a flow control valve provided for regulating the flow of the heavy fuel oil whereby the fuel oils become mixed fuel oil and then flow into the engine.
