  • Patent number: 5889358
Abstract: In a vibration gyroscope 1, a vibrator 2 is mounted to a mounting substrate 7 through support pins 6a and 6b. The mounting substrate 7 and a support substrate 10 are disposed opposite by inserting protrusions 11a and 11b of the support substrate 10 into second insertion holes 9a and 9b of the mounting substrate 7 and by supporting the mounting substrate 7 with convex molded sections 14a and 14b. The space between the substrates 7 and 10 are filled with elastic paste made up of synthetic resin such as urethan and silicone, or the like. The paste is dried to form a vibration absorbing member 13. Alternatively, the vibration absorbing member 13 is formed on the surface of a mounting substrate 22.

  • Patent number: 5410789
Abstract: In a chip-type piezoelectric-resonator, which is protected with thermosetting resin, mother sheets are bonded to cover both major surfaces of a mother substrate having a plurality of piezoelectric resonance elements which are provided on a piezoelectric substrate, in order to properly form vibrating spaces. The mother sheets are provided with concave portions for defining cavities for vibration. Then, protective resin is applied to cover the mother substrate which is bonded with the mother sheets, and thereafter the mother substrate is divided so as to obtain a plurality of chip-type piezoelectric-resonators.

  • Patent number: 4958823
Abstract: A paper feeding stand on which a recording apparatus such as a copying machine is mounted and which contains paper for recording and feeds the paper to the recording apparatus through intermediate rollers provided at the position opposing the paper entry of the recording apparatus according to the rotation of the intermediate rollers. When paper jam occurs between the intermediate rollers and the recording apparatus, the intermediate rollers are rotated in the reversal direction to return the paper to the intermediate roller section, and then the intermediate rollers are moved in the direction intersecting at right angles with the axial direction thereof to expose the intermediate rollers and the jammed paper to the outside so that the paper can be removed easily and surely without tearing.

  • Patent number: 4017752
Abstract: A piezoelectric ceramic resonator to be used for an electric wave filter or an impedance transformer, and a manufacturing method of the ceramic resonator of the above described type, is provided in which a piezoelectric ceramic wafer, held at nodes or points close to the nodes of the electrodes of the wafer between outer terminal plates, is dipped in a melt, or the like, of gap-forming materials to form a first layer of such materials on the resonator with a second layer of porous thermosetting resinous material formed on the surface of the first layer. The gap-forming materials forming the first layer is subsequently sublimated or evaporated and absorbed into the second layer to form a space between the resonator and the second layer with the resonator advantageously surrounded by the space for stable vibration.
