  • Patent number: 5141994
Abstract: Crystalline polypropylene excellent in rigidity, heat resistance and surface hardness is disclosed, having a ratio of weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn) (Mw/Mn) of 10 or more, an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of from 0.8 to 5.0 dl/g as measured in tetralin at 135.degree. C., a cold xylene-soluble content (CXS) of not more than 4% by weight, a density (d) of 0.910 g/cm.sup.3 or more as measured at 23.degree. C., and a long period (L) (.ANG.) as measured at 25.degree. C. by a small-angle X-ray scattering method satisfying relationship:L.ltoreq.LC=6667d-5894wherein d is a density at 23.degree. C.; and Lc is a value (.ANG.) obrained by equation:Lc=6667d-5894.A crystalline polypropylene composition containing the foregoing crystalline polypropylene, which is excellent in rigidity and heat resistance, is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 4883842
Abstract: There is disclosed resin composition comprising 1 to 99% by weight of a polymer A and 1 to 99% by weight of a polymer B, the polymer A and B having refractive indexes which permit satisfaction of the relation:a.ltoreq.0.015 and b-a.gtoreq.0.005wherein a and b are the minimum and the maximum, respectively, of absolute value of the difference between the refractive indexes of the polymers A and B in the temperature range of 20.degree. to 100.degree. C.; said composition being useful as a functional resin for buildings, etc.

  • Patent number: 4751854
Abstract: A type of a stepless speed change gear has a plurality of conical rollers each of which has a conical surface frictionally and internally engaging a ring-member moved axially by a speed changing device, a first annular surface frictionally engaging a disc of small diameter on an input shaft and a second annular surface frictionally engaging with a disc or large diameter arranged coaxially with the input shaft, and a contact pressure generating device of cam-type for generating contact pressures at three frictionally engaging points on each of the conical rollers. An assembly in which thrusting due to the friction-drive does not act onto the casing is provided. In the assembly, the disc of small diameter, the disc of large diameter and the contact pressure generating device are supported by a single shaft prohibiting running-out of them in axial direction. In addition, the conical rollers are bundled by the ring-member so that they will not drop out of the assembly.

  • Patent number: 4107663
Abstract: An operation state display apparatus includes a counter for receiving input signals which respectively represent the individual operation states of a controlled object and for counting the duration time of at least one of the ON and OFF state of the input signal. A memory device is provided for memorizing the period of time lapse from an operation initiation reference time when the input signal goes from the OFF state to the ON state or vice versa. A display device is provided for displaying in the form of a time chart the operation state of the controlled object according to the data of the counter and of the memory device. The reference operation state of the controlled object can also be displayed on the display device.

  • Patent number: 3964026
Abstract: In a programmable logic controller in which the control sequence for a controlled-objective such as a machine tool is stored in a memory unit, and the controlled-objective is automatically operated in a predetermined sequence according to the control sequence stored in the memory unit; a display system is provided in which a sequence block obtained from the control sequence stored in the memory unit is displayed in the form of a sequence diagram, particularly, a sequence diagram which includes symbols of control elements such as relays. A necessary sequence block is automatically obtained from the control sequence and is displayed. This display system is capable of displaying the states of the control elements, such as the on-off states of relay contacts.

  • Patent number: 3952944
Abstract: A sequence control monitoring device is disclosed which receives from controlled-objects operated under a sequence control system signals independently representing the operating states of the individual controlled-objects. The monitoring device counts the time duration for which each input signal remains in its on or off state, compares the counted value with a preset value, and thus judges whether the operating state of the controlled-object is correct.
