    Abstract: A control device is configured to: detect an object present around a vehicle to which attention should be paid based on surrounding data showing a situation around the vehicle; detect a gaze origin and gaze direction of the driver based on driver data showing a state of a driver of the vehicle; set a field of vision of the driver toward the gaze direction of the driver based on a speed of the vehicle, a type of road, or a shape of road, set a virtual plane on which the object is projected at the position of the object so as to face the vehicle and judge whether a field of vision of the driver overlaps the projected location of the object; and initiate a safety measure if the field of vision of the driver does not overlap the projected location of the object.
