  • Publication number: 20090046896
Abstract: Disclosed herewith is a length measurement system, which obtains a value closer to its true one when figuring out the size and edge roughness of a pattern from a noise-included pattern image. Among plural band-like regions representing a portion around an edge in an image respectively, the system calculates the dependency of the edge point position on the image processing parameter at each of a narrow width band-like portion and a wide width band-like portion to calculate an image processing condition that calculates each measured value closer to its true value or estimates the true value itself.

  • Publication number: 20080273973
Abstract: A blower is provided with an axial flow impeller 7, a fan motor 8 positioned in a suction side of the axial flow impeller 7, and a motor stay 9 supporting the fan motor 8. The motor stay 9 is substantially formed to have a linear shape and attached in parallel to a rotating surface of the axial flow impeller 7. An impeller blade front edge 17 of the axial flow impeller 7 is positioned in a region X which is closer to the motor stay 9 than a region Y in which an air flow turbulence in a wake flow of the motor stay 9 is expanded, and in which region X a range of the air flow turbulence is reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to inhibit the air flow turbulence in the wake flow of the motor stay 9 from affecting the aerodynamic characteristics and noise characteristics (for example, an increase of an NZ noise) of the axial flow impeller 7.

  • Publication number: 20070062919
Abstract: Laser beam is irradiated to a surface of a processing target after reforming a cross section of the laser beam with a mask having a pierced hole by concentrating the laser beam passing through the pierced hole by a lens to form an image of the pierced hole of the mask on the surface of the processing target. The laser beam passing through the lens is scanned to move an irradiating position of the laser beam on the surface of the processing target, and the image of the pierced hole of the mask is formed on the surface of the processing target during the scanning for processing the processing target. A high quality laser process can be carried out.

  • Patent number: 7172387
Abstract: A fan guard includes a plurality of extending ribs extending from a blocking plate to an outer frame, a plurality of inner ribs arranged between the extending ribs and extending from the blocking plate to the substantial center in the radial direction, and a plurality of outer ribs arranged between the extending ribs and extending from the substantial center in the radial direction to the outer frame. The number of the inner ribs is set smaller than the number of the outer ribs. Hence, strength to prevent bending of the fan guard due to load application in the axial direction is ensured and increase in ventilating resistance of forced airflow (W) from a blower fan is suppressed.
