  • Patent number: 10583634
Abstract: Disclosed is a laminated substrate for a window, in which substrates are laminated through an intermediate layer structure, the laminated substrate includes a peripheral edge region, and a central region, wherein the intermediate layer structure includes a first region, and a second region, wherein, when a value obtained by dividing shear modulus of the second region against static force by shear modulus of the first region against the static force is denoted by x, a ratio of an area of the second region with respect to an area of the whole laminated substrate for the window is greater than or equal to (?74.87x+204.47)%, for 1.40?x?2.72; and greater than or equal to (?0.0067x+0.87)%, for x>2.72; and wherein a ratio of an area of the second region in the central region is less than or equal to 83%.

  • Publication number: 20180281568
Abstract: Provided is an automotive laminated glass having quite an excellent sound insulating property despite its light weight and having high foaming resistance and yellowing resistance. The automotive laminated glass has: three or more glass plates disposed in lamination; and a plurality of intermediate films each sandwiched between the respective glass plates, wherein, among the glass plates, a vehicle exterior-side glass plate positioned closest to a vehicle exterior side has a thickness of 1.4 mm to 2.5 mm, vehicle interior-side glass plates positioned closer to a vehicle interior side than the vehicle exterior-side glass plate each have a thickness smaller than the thickness of the vehicle exterior-side glass plate, and the automotive laminated glass has a surface density of 12 kg/m2 or less.

  • Publication number: 20170057205
Abstract: A laminated plate includes a first plate; a second plate; and an intermediate film for bonding the first plate and the second plate, wherein the first plate includes a first main surface arranged at a side opposite to the intermediate film, and a second main surface that contacts the intermediate film, wherein the second plate has a third main surface that contacts the intermediate film, and a fourth main surface arranged at a side opposite to the intermediate film, wherein, upon the bonding by the intermediate film being released, a radius of curvature of the second main surface is smaller than that of the third main surface both in a transverse section and in a longitudinal section, and wherein a maximum value of bending compressive stress at an outer peripheral portion of the fourth main surface is less than or equal to 100 MPa.

  • Publication number: 20090092841
Abstract: A laminated glass for a vehicle window, comprises a plurality of glass sheets and an interlayer interposed between adjacent glass sheets to bond the adjacent glass sheets, wherein the interlayer satisfies the following conditions: 1) when a specimen of dumbbell No. 7 prescribed in JIS K6251 is employed to conduct a high speed tensile test at 23° C. and at 1 m/sec, a load for an extension of 15 mm is 10 N or below; or when a specimen of dumbbell No. 7 prescribed in JIS K6251 is employed to conduct a high speed tensile test at 23° C. and at 1 m/sec, an extension amount, which is obtained when work required for extension is 0.3 J, is 30 mm or above; and 2) when the interlayer is sandwiched between two glass sheets having a thickness of 2 mm to form a laminated glass having dimensions of 100 mm×300 mm, and when the laminated glass is left for 300 hrs under an atmosphere of 80° C.
