    Abstract: The present invention provides display panel and manufacturing method thereof, and display device comprising the display panel. The display panel comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate provided opposite to each other, each of which comprises a plurality of photic areas and a plurality of shading areas; a plurality of pixel units formed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a plurality of control units corresponding to the plurality of pixel units, respectively. In each pixel unit, a projection of the shading area of the first substrate on the second substrate completely covers the photic area of the second substrate. On a side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate, a first reflective layer which is bendable is provided on each of the shading areas of the first substrate, and on a side of the second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a second reflective layer is provided on each of the shading areas of the second substrate.

On side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate, first reflective layers which are bendable are formed on the shading areas thereof, and on side of the second substrate opposite to the first substrate, second reflective layers are formed on the shading areas thereof. The first reflective layers, in a bent state, reflect light to the second reflective layers which then reflect light to the photic areas of the first substrate.

The apparatus of preparing electronic ink microcapsules includes: a first input tube, a second input tube, a UV light source, and an output tube connected to both the first input tube and the second input tube, respectively. The first input tube is a shading tube adapted to input an electrophoresis suspension comprising a mixture of a pre-polymer and a photo-initiator. The second input tube is adapted to input an aqueous solution comprising surfactant. The UV light source is adapted to radiate the mixed liquid in the output tube which is a mixture of the liquids input from the first input tube and the second input tube to prepare the electronic ink microcapsules. The electronic ink microcapsules prepared by using the apparatus and the method of preparing electronic ink microcapsules exhibit advantages including good uniformity, good thermal stability, etc.

Therefore, the aperture and the opening area can be accurately controlled when providing an opening on the pixel region of the color filter.

The color filter and the liquid crystal display device comprise a light filter structure formed by the curing of the aforementioned negative light sensitive resin composition.
