Patent number: 11759848Abstract: A method for inorganic binder casting including selecting a shape-forming material based on pre-determined manufacturing and shape characteristics, forming the shape-forming material by printing the shape-forming material using a plurality of additive material printers to form a casting mold, creating a liquid binder solution, the liquid binder solution configured to include at least 51% inorganic binder material by weight, the inorganic binder material having a weight ratio to the liquid binder solution between a range of 1.0 and 3.5, coating the shape-forming material with the liquid binder solution, substantially dehydrating the shape-forming material, pouring a hot liquid metal into the casting mold, and allowing said hot liquid metal to cool to form a molded part.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2021Date of Patent: September 19, 2023Assignee: Lift TechnologyInventor: Jiten Shah

Patent number: 11123789Abstract: A method for inorganic binder casting, comprising: selecting a Shape-Forming Material based on pre-determined manufacturing and shape characteristics, selecting a casting shape based on pre-determined design characteristics, and forming the Shape-Forming Material into a mold. The mold is coated with an inorganic binder solution at a pre-defined weight ratio and is dehydrated the Shape-Forming Material. The method further comprises pouring a hot liquid metal into the mold and allowing said hot liquid metal to cool to form a molded part. The Shape-Forming Material may be washed from said molded part with a solvent, the inorganic material and Shape-Forming Material reclaimed, reused, and the Shape-Forming Material reformed to a mold. The method further comprises recreating a liquid inorganic binder solution using the reclaimed inorganic material and recoating the Shape-Forming Material with the reclaimed inorganic binder solution.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 2020Date of Patent: September 21, 2021Assignee: Lift TechnologyInventors: Thomas A. Patent number: 8340673Abstract: Communication networks and methods are disclosed that provide call delivery to a dual mode wireless device served by a wireless data network (e.g., WiFi/IMS network) and a wireless voice network (e.g., cellular network). A call control function in the wireless data network is adapted to receive a call to the dual mode wireless device. The call control function transmits a ping message to the dual mode wireless device over the wireless data network to determine if the device is available over the wireless data network for the call. If the call control function receives a response to the ping message from the device, then the call control function attempts to set up the call over the wireless data network. If the call control function does not receive a response to the ping message, then the call control function may attempt to set up the call over the wireless voice network.Type: GrantFiled: May 31, 2006Date of Patent: December 25, 2012Assignee: Alcatel LucentInventors: Yuhui J. Patent number: 7818000Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for selecting a preferred foreign wireless network from a plurality foreign wireless networks. One embodiment of the invention comprises a home wireless network that includes an HLR and a managed roaming system coupled between the HLR and a plurality of foreign wireless networks. The managed roaming system receives registration messages for roaming subscribers being transmitted from the foreign wireless networks to the HLR. The managed roaming system monitors the number of registration messages received from the foreign wireless networks and forwards the registration messages to the HLR. The managed roaming system selects a preferred foreign wireless network based on the number of registration messages received from the foreign wireless networks over a time period. The managed roaming system then forwards subsequent registration messages from the preferred foreign wireless network to the HLR, and blocks registration messages from non-preferred foreign wireless networks.Type: GrantFiled: June 2, 2006Date of Patent: October 19, 2010Assignee: Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc.Inventors: Yuhui J. Lin, Jiten A. Shah, Alok Sharma
