A method includes sending, by a server system, a message related to a financial transaction to a user device using a messaging protocol. The message includes at least one option to receive a response of the message from the user device for connecting with an agent. The method includes receiving the response of the message from the user device. The response includes an authentication data. The method includes verifying the authentication data. Upon successful verification, the method includes electronically extracting at least one context of the message from the response. The method includes sending the at least one context to a Customer Service Centre (CSC) server. The CSC server is configured to assign the agent to the user based on the at least one context for an upcoming conversation about the message.

Abstract: The invention relates to methods, systems and computer program products for securing one time passwords (OTP) for use in OTP based authorization of electronic payment transactions. The invention involves transmission and display of an OTP at a user device in response to a prior determination that a user operating the user device is authorized to implement a payment transaction through a payment account associated with the payment transaction. The invention implements this through transmission to the user device associated with the identified payment account, a data message initiating a process for verification of identity of a user operating the user device. Responsive to determining that the user operating the user device is authorized to operate the payment account, displaying the OTP on the user device for implementation of the payment transaction.

Abstract: A method for facilitating payment transactions includes receiving a transaction request for a payment transaction initiated at a payment terminal device using a transaction card of a user. A predefined category of the user is identified based on the transaction request and a service application is remotely activated in a first operation mode on a user device of the user such that the first operation mode is associated with the identified predefined category. Payment transaction messages associated with the payment transaction are communicated to the activated service application, which translates the payment transaction messages to a predefined message format. In response to the payment transaction messages, first authentication information is received from the activated service application such that the first authentication information is entered by the user in the predefined message format. The payment transaction is processed based on successful authentication of the user.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for conference session management are described. A first request is received from a user device to join a conference session. The first request includes a credential and an indication that the user device is to join the conference session in a passive mode. The credential received from the user device is verified. Upon successful verification of the credential received from the user device, the user device is added to the conference session in the passive mode, wherein audio and video from the conference session are not transmitted to the user device. A user device state indicator associated with the user device is set to passive.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and software for dynamically managing power consumption of a device capable of operating on battery power, or other power. In particular, the size of the viewable area of the display may be dynamically controlled to reduce the number of activated pixels to reduce power consumption. The resizing of the viewable area of a screen may also reduce the number of applications running, thereby reducing power consumption. An indication of the amount of operation time, battery indicator, and/or energy left in the battery may be presented, based at least in part on the dynamic resize of the display.

Further, the instructions may divide the query into multiple sub-queries based on the use of the special characters in the query. Furthermore, the instructions may execute and display results of the sub-queries in a user friendly manner.
