  • Publication number: 20210074387
Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of environmental materials, and discloses a simulation method for analyzing a diffusion property of a water-soluble monomer in a hydrogel membrane. The method specifically includes the following steps: 1) selecting a hydrogel membrane material and a water-soluble monomer to be simulated; 2) constructing an initial model; 3) optimizing a molecular dynamics model of the hydrogel membrane system; 4) performing a molecular dynamics simulation of the optimized model; 5) drawing a mean square displacement-time (MSD-t) curve; and 6) calculating a diffusion coefficient of a water-soluble monomer molecule in the hydrogel membrane system. The present invention analyzes the diffusion performance of the water-soluble monomer molecule in the hydrogel membrane system on a molecular level.

  • Publication number: 20210074386
Abstract: The present invention relates to a dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method for simulating an interfacial polymerization process of a hydrogel membrane. The method includes the following steps: 1) selecting various components with chemical structures thereof in a hydrogel phase and an organic phase of an interfacial polymerization system; 2) constructing a DPD model of solvent, hydrogel membrane material and water-soluble monomer in the hydrogel phase and a DPD model of organic solvent and oil-soluble monomer in the organic phase; 3) establishing a DPD model of the interfacial polymerization system composed of the hydrogel phase and the organic phase; 4) calculating an interaction parameter between DPD beads, that is, a conservative force parameter; 5) performing a DPD simulation by using Materials Studio software; and 6) evaluating an influencing factor determining the performance of the separation layer during the interfacial polymerization process according to the calculation file.

  • Patent number: 10889516
Abstract: A siphon type composite vertical subsurface flow constructed wetland has an uplink pool with a depth ¾ that of a downlink pool. Siphon-type drain tubes are equidistantly distributed at a first outer side of the uplink pool, and a total flow of the drain tubes is slightly greater than a largest total influent flow. Three layers of substrates are paved on each pool. A substrate on a first layer is a biological ceramsite having a relatively small grain size, another substrate on a second layer is zeolite having a relatively large grain size, and a further substrate on a third layer is cobblestone having a large grain size. The third layers of the pools are integrally communicated, and sewage in the downlink pool flows to the uplink pool through a communication port. Sludge on bottom layers of the pools is discharged from a siphon tube with water.

  • Publication number: 20200001254
Abstract: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for a bearingless hydraulic rotary stirring water distributor. According to an embodiment, the bearingless hydraulic rotary stirring water distributor includes a rotary inlet pipe, stirring pipes, water distribution pipes, a ball head shaft, a fixed inlet pipe, a bowl seat, a first seal ring, and a second seal ring. The stirring water distributor is vertically mounted, the fixed inlet pipe is vertically arranged and inserted into the rotary inlet pipe, the fixed inlet pipe and the rotary inlet pipe are mechanically sealed through the seal rings therebetween, the rotary inlet pipe is a vertically mounted pipe, and the rotary inlet pipe is vertically mounted in a semispherical groove of the bowl seat through the ball head shaft mounted at one end of the rotary inlet pipe.

  • Publication number: 20190352204
Abstract: A siphon type composite vertical subsurface flow constructed wetland has an uplink pool with a depth 3/4 that of a downlink pool.
