    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a device layer, a first passivation layer, an aluminum pad, a second passivation layer, an under-ball metallurgy (UBM) pad and a connector. The device layer is disposed over a substrate, wherein the device layer includes a top metal feature. The first passivation layer is disposed over the device layer. The aluminum pad penetrates through the first passivation layer and is electrically connected to the top metal feature. The second passivation layer is disposed over the aluminum pad. The UBM pad penetrates through the second passivation layer and is electrically connected to the aluminum pad. The connector is disposed over the UBM pad. In some embodiments, a first included angle between a sidewall and a bottom of the aluminum pad is greater than a second included angle between a sidewall and a bottom of the UBM pad.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of identifying a serotype of Klebsiella pneumoniae, in particular to a method using specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primer sets designed according to a fragment of a capsular polysaccharide synthesis (cps) region to identify a K57 or a NTUH-N1 serotype and its application. NTUH-N1 is a novel serotype which differs from the previously reported 77 serotypes. This PCR-based cps genotyping method not only solves the problems of insufficient specificity and sensitivity caused by conventional immune method, but can be applied in clinical diagnosis with the advantages of rapidity and low cost. In addition, the rate of unidentifiable strains can also be reduced by this method.

In addition, the microprocessor is also configured retrieve multimedia content associated with an identified marker and generates a second scene including the associated multimedia content superimposed over the first scene in a relative position to the identified marker and the microprocessor is configured to provide a mixed reality experience to a user using the second scene.
