  • Patent number: 8558674
Abstract: A wireless presentation system includes a first wireless input element, a second wireless input element and a wireless receiving and processing host. A pairing method for use in the wireless presentation system includes the following steps. The wireless receiving and processing host generates a first identification code, and if the first wireless input element is present, issues the first identification code to the first wireless input element for storage, so that a pairing relation therebetween is established by the first identification code. The wireless receiving and processing host automatically generates a second identification code after the first identification code is issued, and if the second wireless input element is present, issues the second identification code to the second wireless input element for storage, so that the pairing relation therebetween is established by the second identification code.

  • Publication number: 20120223960
Abstract: An exemplary image control method is adapted for an image control system including a document camera and a first user device. In the image control method, the document camera generates a first image and provides the first image to the first user device for display. The first user device then produces a control information in response to an operation performed on the first image displayed on the first user device. After that, the first image is transformed into a second image. Finally, the first user device displays the second image.

  • Publication number: 20100001951
Abstract: A cursor control device includes a pen-like body, a motion-detecting element, a microcontroller and a button element. The motion-detecting element is disposed at a first side of the pen-like body for generating a coordinate change signal in response to a motion of a first finger of the user. The microcontroller is disposed within the pen-like body and communicated with the motion-detecting element and the computer system. According to the coordinate change signal, the microcontroller issues a cursor control signal to the computer system. The button element is disposed at a second side of the pen-like body and communicated with the microcontroller for triggering the microcontroller to generate an object locking control signal in response to a depressing action of a second finger of the user. The object pointed by the cursor is locked according to the object locking control signal and moved according to the cursor control signal.

  • Publication number: 20090309831
Abstract: A wireless control device and a multi-cursor control method for use with a computer system are provided. The application program of the computer system is executed to generate at least a first pointer and a second pointer. The wireless control device includes a first pointer controller, a second pointer controller and a wireless transceiver. The multi-cursor control method includes steps of issuing a first wireless control signal containing a first identification code in response to manipulation of a first user, issuing a second wireless control signal containing a second identification code in response to manipulation of a second user, receiving and transmitting the first wireless control signal and the second wireless control signal to the computer system, and controlling corresponding shifts of the first pointer and the second pointer defined in the application program according to the first identification code and the second identification code, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20090103811
Abstract: The invention discloses a document camera and a method to make an element distinguished from others on a projected image, the method which implements on the document camera, firstly to capture an image, then to generate a cursor image and paste it onto the image according to a latest relative coordinate of a movement performed by a cursor controller, next to detect whether the cursor image is approximate to an element with a closed contour on the image, when an element with closed contour is detected, then to make the element distinguished from others on the image; eventually, to output the image with the distinguished element.

  • Patent number: 7245441
Abstract: A document camera is used to show image of an object on a display. In the document camera, a first image data of the object obtained by a video-capturing device is derived into a second image data and a third image data by an image processor in response to a zoom operation, wherein the second image data results in a zoomed image of the object and the third image data results in a scaled image of the object. In response to the zoom operation, there is also a mark frame data generated by a position information controller, which results in a mark frame. The zoomed image, scaled image and mark frame are then synthesized into a combined image by an image synthesizer, and the mark frame superimposes the scaled image to indicate a result of the zoom operation.

  • Publication number: 20070003252
Abstract: A projecting device capable of synchronously encoding images and sounds into an AV play file includes a receiving unit, a first processing unit, a projecting unit, a sound-recording unit, a second processing unit and an AV encoding unit. The receiving unit receives and outputs a first video signal. The first processing unit receives the first video signal to output a second video signal. The projecting unit receives the second video signal and projects a corresponding image onto a wall. The sound-recording unit records sounds of a user as explaining the image and outputs a first audio signal accordingly. The second processing unit receives the first audio signal to output a second audio signal. The AV encoding unit receives and synchronously encodes the second video signal and the second audio signal into an AV synchronous play file.

  • Publication number: 20060277393
Abstract: A document camera is used to show image picked up from an object and/or image received from an external apparatus such as a computer on an image display. In the document camera, an image sensing and processing device senses image of an object and processing the image into an image signal. A display controller controls the display of the image signal. An image synthesizer combines a first image signal received from an external apparatus with a second image signal received from the image sensing and processing device and has images represented by the first image signal and the second image signal simultaneously displayed under the control of the display controller.
