    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an implantable recombinant collagen microparticle and a preparation method therefor. At present, although materials used in the field of soft tissue filling, such as animal collagen and sodium hyaluronate, have good effects, the materials still have problems such as low biosafety, residual cross-linking agents, and a short maintenance time. In order to solve the above problems of existing medical aesthetic materials, the present disclosure prepares an implantable recombinant collagen microparticle by using a method of self-assembly combined with physical cross-linking. The microparticle becomes an injectable milky white opaque or colorless and transparent gel after being completely swollen with a water solvent. Compared with traditional medical aesthetic fillers, the gel prepared by the present disclosure has the characteristics of a good biocompatibility, a long degradation period, a simple preparation process, easy mass production, etc.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a recombinant collagen filler, a preparation therefor, and a method for wrinkle correction or tissue filling. The components of the recombinant collagen filler comprise a recombinant collagen gel and coral hydroxyapatite particles. The mass ratio of the recombinant collagen gel to the coral hydroxyapatite particles is (2.1-11):1. The filler further optionally comprises a first diluent. The content of the first diluent is 32.5-45.5% based on 100% of the total mass of the recombinant collagen filler. The coral hydroxyapatite particles are uniformly distributed in the recombinant collagen gel. The recombinant collagen gel is formulated from recombinant collagen microspheres and a second diluent. The filler of the present disclosure has a low cost and a high performance, the injection process thereof is fast and convenient, the action thereof is long-lasting, without a need for multiple injections, and the wrinkle removal effect thereof is long-acting and durable.

    Abstract: A coralline hydroxyapatite having a pore size of 30 ?m to 1300 ?m, a porosity of 50% to 70%, and a conversion rate of 50% or more, and a preparation method are disclosed. The preparation method comprises: soaking pretreated corallite in a cutting protective agent, and then cutting to obtain cut corallite, and screening for cut corallite that meets a cutting size requirement to obtain an acceptable product of cut corallite; fully soaking the acceptable product of cut corallite in a phosphate solution, and performing a hydrothermal exchange reaction to obtain the coralline hydroxyapatite; wherein the cutting protective agent is a solution containing a polyol. The preparation method can significantly improve the cutting efficiency, broaden the cutting specifications and sizes, and significantly improve the yield of acceptable product, especially the yield of acceptable small-size products, which further broadens the application range of artificial bones.
