    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of catalytic cracking, and discloses a composition capable of reducing CO and NOx emissions, the preparation method and use thereof, and a fluidized catalytic cracking method. The inventive composition capable of reducing CO and NOx emissions comprises an inorganic oxide carrier, and a first metal element, optionally a second metal element, optionally a third metal element and optionally a fourth metal element supported on the inorganic oxide carrier, wherein the first metal element includes Fe and Co, and wherein the weight ratio of Fe to Co is 1:(0.1-10) on an oxide basis. The inventive composition has better hydrothermal stability and higher activity of reducing CO and NOx emissions in the flue gas from the regeneration.

    Abstract: In a method and system for treating a catalytic cracking gasoline, a catalytic cracking process, or a plant employs a fluidized reactor to carry out hydrodealkylation treatment on a catalytic cracking oil gas or catalytic cracking gasoline, so that heavy aromatics present therein can be efficiently converted into light olefins and light aromatics. The method and system can improve the yield of light olefins, allow a long-period stable operation, relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of light aromatics, and solve the problem of high content of heavy aromatics that have low value and are difficult to be utilized in aromatics present in oil gas from catalytic cracking units.

    Abstract: A method for producing light aromatics, includes the steps of: i) contacting a feedstock comprising heavy aromatic(s) with a catalyst in a fluidized reactor for aromatics lightening reaction in the presence of hydrogen to obtain a product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a spent catalyst, wherein the heavy aromatic is one or more selected from C9+ aromatics; ii) separating the resulted product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) to obtain hydrogen, a non-aromatic component, C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a C9+ aromatic component; and iii) recycling at least a part of the C9+ aromatic component to the fluidized reactor. The method has strong adaptability to feedstocks and high flexibility in operation and allows a long-period stable operation. The method can produce high-value light aromatics from heavy aromatics that are difficult to be treated and utilized.

The process is capable of producing more catalytic cracking gasoline, reducing the olefin content of the catalytic cracking gasoline, and increasing its octane number.

    Abstract: A process for producing light olefins and aromatics, which comprises reacting a feedstock by contacting with a catalytic cracking catalyst in at least two reaction zones, wherein the reaction temperature of at least one reaction zone among the reaction zones downstream of the first reaction zone is higher than that of the first reaction zone and its weight hourly space velocity is lower than that of the first reaction zone, separating the spent catalyst from the reaction product vapor, regenerating the separated spent catalyst and returning the regenerated catalyst to the reactor, and separating the reaction product vapor to obtain the desired products, light olefins and aromatics. This process produces maximum light olefins such as propylene, ethylene, etc from heavy feedstocks, wherein the yield of propylene exceeds 20% by weight, and produces aromatics such as toluene, xylene, etc at the same time.

Said method enables the activity and selectivity of the catalyst in the catalytic cracking unit to be more homogeneous and notably improves the selectivity of the catalytic cracking catalyst, so as to obviously reduce the dry gas and coke yields, to sufficiently use steam and to reduce the energy consumption of the FCC unit.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a mesopore material of a catalyst for upgrading acid-containing crude oil. Said mesopore material is an amorphous material containing alkaline earth oxide, silica and alumina, and has an anhydrous chemical formula of (0-0.3)Na2O.(1-50)MO.(6-58)Al2O3.(40-92)SiO2, based on the weight percent of the oxides, wherein M is one or more selected from Mg, Ca and Ba. Said mesopore material has a specific surface area of 200-400 m2/g, a pore volume of 0.5-2.0 ml/g, an average pore diameter of 8-20 nm, and a most probable pore size of 5-15 nm. The present invention further relates to a process for manufacturing said mesopore material and the use thereof. The catalyst prepared from the mesopore material provided in the present invention is suitable for the catalytic upgrading of inferior acid-containing crude oil and for the removal of organic acids, carbon residues and metals in the crude oil, and thus has very good economic benefits.
