Abstract: An air cooking device includes a main unit and a drawer structure, wherein the main unit is provided with an internal cavity, and the drawer structure includes a drawer panel and a frying bucket fixed on the back side of the drawer panel. The drawer structure can be pushed into the cavity to perform the operation of air frying cooking. The main unit includes a top wall above the cavity, and the air cooking device also includes a sealing element, with the sealing element being provided between a mouth portion of the frying bucket and the top wall of the cavity to prevent oil fumes in the frying bucket from escaping between an edge of the mouth portion of the frying bucket and the top wall of the cavity.

The method also includes determining whether the electrode assembly is deviated according to a vertical distance from the reference point in the first image to a boundary of the first electrode sheet and a vertical distance from the reference point in the second image to a boundary of the second electrode sheet if the first camera and the second camera are not deviated.

Abstract: Disclosed is a hot air cooking appliance comprising a base seat provided with a receiving chamber, the base seat is provided with a heating device and an air supply device capable of supplying and circulating hot air in the receiving chamber, the hot air cooking appliance is provided with an air exhaust port disposed distally from the air supply device, and during the process of cooking by the hot air cooking appliance, the water vapor generated in the receiving chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the air exhaust port. The hot air cooking appliance of the present application is structurally simple and capable of reducing heat loss, noise, oily fume emissions, and indoor air pollution, as well as ensuring adequate amount of water vapor is generated to accomplish cooking.
