  • Publication number: 20240327861
Abstract: The present invention relates to a transposon vector, a transposon system comprising same, a transposon kit, a cell into which the transposon vector is inserted, and uses thereof, wherein the present invention has been completed by confirming that an exogenous gene is effectively transferred into the chromosome of a target cell to produce a high yield of genetically modified cells. In particularly, it was confirmed that the transposon according to the present invention can effectively transfer a TCR or CAR-encoding gene to immune cells, and cells expressing the TCR or CAR show high reactivity to an antigen, and thus, it is expected that various TCR-T cells and CAR-T cells can be produced by using the transposon system according to the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20240016837
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel T-cell receptor binding to MR1, and a use thereof. Unlike a conventional customized anticancer immune T cell therapeutic agent, which are limitedly used depending on cancer type and the expression of cancer antigens according to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) type, T cells in which a T-cell receptor is expressed can be applied to all types of cancer regardless of HLA type.

  • Patent number: 11469630
Abstract: Rectangular conductor wires are often used in alternator applications requiring a high slot fill to maximize output and efficiency. However for lower output and efficiency applications, round conductor wire may increase cost competiveness in these alternators. A common lamination for a core alternatively accommodates both rectangular conductor wires and round conductor wires for different applications without any other component changes. The lamina has a slot that aligns round wire in a single row within the slot and provides a predetermined clearance from the slot opening. A stator core formed from these laminae has a relatively high slot fill factor when wound with the round wire. The same stator core can be alternatively wound with square wire to increase the slot fill factor even higher. The common lamination results in two stator configurations: a high slot fill version (round wire) and a very high slot fill version (square wire).

  • Publication number: 20170302114
Abstract: Rectangular conductor wires (38) are often used in alternator applications requiring a high slot fill to maximize output and efficiency. However for lower output and efficiency applications, round conductor (40) wire may increase cost competiveness in these alternators. A common lamination for a core (110) alternatively accommodates both rectangular conductor wires (38) and round conductor wires (40) for different applications without any other component changes. The lamina has a slot (112) that aligns round wire (40) in a single row within the slot and provides a predetermined clearance from the slot opening (126). A stator core (110) formed from these laminae has a relatively high slot fill factor when wound with the round wire (40). The same stator core (110) can be alternatively wound with square wire (38) to increase the slot fill factor even higher. The common lamination results in two stator configurations: a high slot fill version (round wire) and a very high slot fill version (square wire).

  • Publication number: 20140154086
Abstract: An alternator has a pole segment with a collar, an axially outward surface, and at least one key extending radially outward from the collar along the surface. A fan has a keying slot extending radially outward from a center ring, and a fan body including protrusions. The fan is mounted to the segment whereby the collar fits inside the ring and the key fits inside the keying slot, and the fan is welded to the segment at the protrusions. A method includes securing a fan to a pole segment by mating a radially-extending key formed on the segment to a keying slot of the fan and by welding the fan to the segment.
