    Abstract: A composition includes a drying method-applied fibrous acellular dermal matrix. Such a composition includes 48 to 95.5% by weight of a fibrous acellular dermal matrix; and 0.5 to 52% by weight of water. The composition has no biocompatible polymer added thereto. A method for preparing the composition includes steps of: (a) pulverizing an acellular dermal matrix to prepare a fibrous acellular dermal matrix; (b) adding water to the fibrous acellular dermal matrix to rehydrate it; and (c) heat-drying the rehydrated fibrous acellular dermal matrix.
