When being used, the board is immersed in the liquid medium, and the liquid medium dissipates heat for the board by absorbing heat. The heat dissipation apparatus further includes a condenser immersed in the liquid medium. The condenser is disposed to dissipate heat for the liquid medium. Heat of the board is transferred to the condenser in the immersion tank by using the liquid medium in the immersion tank as a medium. Then the condenser takes away and dissipates the heat by using a cooling apparatus that is connected to the condenser and that is configured to perform heat exchange for the condenser.

The separator wall is configured to separate the first cavity into a liquid inlet channel and a liquid outlet channel. The cover plate includes two openings. One opening communicates with the liquid inlet channel, and the other opening communicates with the liquid outlet channel. The middle partition plate includes at least one group of through holes.

In the power conversion apparatus provided, the solid region has a good thermal conductivity, and heat of the evaporator can be effectively transferred to the condensation tooth through the solid region.

The power module may include a base and a power component, the base has a first chamber, and the first chamber is filled with a refrigerant. Heat generated by the power component may be transferred from the first surface to the first chamber, and is further conducted to the refrigerant, and the refrigerant may be heated and vaporized into vapor. In addition, the condenser communicates with the first chamber, and the vaporized refrigerant may enter the condenser. The refrigerant condensed into a liquid state by the condenser may flow back to the first chamber.

The condenser communicates with the evaporation chamber, and the vaporized refrigerant may enter the condenser. The refrigerant condensed into a liquid state by the condenser may flow back to the evaporation chamber.

    Abstract: A powertrain, a coolant flow rate estimation method, and an electric vehicle are provided. Coolant in a first cooling loop of the powertrain is configured to cool an inverter. An electronic pump drives the coolant to circulate in the first cooling loop. When a phase current of a motor is greater than or equal to a preset current value, a controller determines a rotation speed of the electronic pump at a first moment as a first rotation speed, and determines a coolant flow rate at the first moment based on a temperature at a first position in the first cooling loop, a temperature at a second position in the inverter, and a power loss of the inverter. In the solution of this application, data does not need to be separately calibrated for different thermal management systems. This reduces time consumed by data calibration and improves practicability.

    Abstract: This application provides a heat exchange device and a heat exchange system. The heat exchange device has a first heat exchange mode, and includes a housing, a partition plate, an evaporator, and a compressor. The partition plate divides space inside the housing into an internal circulation cavity and an external circulation cavity. The evaporator and the compressor are located in the internal circulation cavity. A first valve group is disposed between an inlet of the compressor and an outlet of the evaporator. When the first heat exchange mode is used for heat exchange, the evaporator is communicated with the compressor by using the first valve group. In this application, the compressor is disposed in the internal circulation cavity, so that a temperature difference between the compressor and the evaporator is small, thereby reducing a slugging risk of the compressor.
