    Abstract: A test bench for impact leakage detection of a water hydraulic cylinder based on helium gas detection includes a test bench body, a water hydraulic cylinder, a helium bottle, a sealed container, and an impact device. The water hydraulic cylinder is detachably installed on the test bench body; an outlet end of the helium bottle is in communication with a rodless cavity of the water hydraulic cylinder, and a pressure reducing valve is installed between the helium bottle and the water hydraulic cylinder; the sealed container is detachably installed at a rod cavity of the water hydraulic cylinder, and a helium mass spectrometer leak detector is installed on the sealed container; and the impact device is fixedly installed on the test bench body, and the impact device is connected to a piston rod of the water hydraulic cylinder.

    Abstract: Nucleic acid- and protein-based methods for identifying a patient sensitive to treatment with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor are provided, as is a method for treating a subject with a T-lineage hematological malignancy. Specifically, the method comprising determining activity levels of LCK nucleic acid or protein in a biological sample from a patient with a T-lineage hematological malignancy, wherein an increase in the activity levels of the LCK nucleic acid or protein in the biological sampled compared to a reference level indicates that the patient is sensitive to treatment with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

    Abstract: A cache replacement method implemented in a computer including a high-level cache and a low-level cache. The low-level cache and the high-level cache are in an inclusion relationship. The method includes selecting a first cache line in the low-level cache as a to-be-replaced cache line, monitoring whether a hit on a corresponding cache line of the first cache line occurs in the high-level cache, if the hit on the corresponding cache line of the first cache line occurs in the high-level cache before a cache miss occurs in the low-level cache, retaining the first cache line in the low-level cache, and selecting a second cache line as the to-be-replaced cache line. Access to the high-level cache is monitored.
