  • Publication number: 20240083871
Abstract: Provided is a diphenylpyrazole-based compound of following formula (I), or its pesticidally acceptable salts, which is a novel inhibitor targeting pest GSTs, has broad inhibitory activities against GSTs in various pests, and can effectively delay the metabolism of insecticides by GSTs in pests, thereby reducing the metabolic resistance of pests to insecticides, and is suitable for use as a synergist for insecticides.

  • Publication number: 20230124720
Abstract: The present application provides the use of an acridinedione compound in the preparation of an antidiabetic medicament, which belongs to the field of biomedical technology. The present application demonstrates for the first time that the acridinedione compound can improve insulin resistance by activating and upregulating GPR40 protein expression, participating in GPR40-PPAR?-PI3K/Akt-GLUT4 signaling pathway, promoting insulin secretion and increasing glucose consumption in liver and muscle tissue. The target of the acridinedione compound is the GPR40 receptor, its insulinotropic effect is glucose-dependent, and its hypoglycemic effect disappears when peripheral blood glucose falls below a certain level. The preparation of the acridinedione compound into an antidiabetic medicaments will provide entirely new options and strategies for the treatment of diabetes.

  • Publication number: 20190062322
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of medicine, and specifically relates to a PUMA inhibitor, a method for preparation thereof, and a use thereof. The PUMA inhibitor is the compound as shown in (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The definitions of its substituent groups are as described in the description. The compound (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is capable of targeting a PUMA protein and has very good physicochemical properties, very good apoptosis resistance and radiation protection effects; it can selectively inhibit the competitive combined effect of a PUMA protein and a Bcl-2 apoptosis-resistant protein, block apoptosis, and effectively protects against bone marrow damage.

  • Patent number: 9863813
Abstract: A flame sensor apparatus is provided including a sensor for sensing specific characteristics of a flame within a combustion chamber. The sensor includes a silicon carbide photodiode, and the sensor is spaced a distance from the combustion chamber. In addition, a fiber optic cable assembly extends between the sensor and the combustion chamber. The fiber optic cable can convey the specific characteristics of the flame from the combustion chamber to the sensor. The fiber optic cable assembly is included as part of a sealed array filled with an inert gas. In addition, a method of sensing specific characteristics of a flame is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20170248005
Abstract: A suspension assembly for supporting a shock-sensitive component includes an outer housing and a plurality of radial canted coil springs that surround and support the shock-sensitive component. Each of the plurality of radial canted coil springs is preferably a toroid. The exterior of each of the plurality of radial canted coil springs is in contact with the outer housing and the interior of each of the plurality of canted radial canted coil springs is in contact with the exterior of the shock-sensitive component. The radial canted coil springs dampen mechanical shock and vibration applied in a lateral direction. The suspension assembly optionally includes an axial canted coil spring that dampens mechanical shock in the axial direction. The outer housing may include grooves that locate the radial canted coil springs within the suspension assembly.
