Abstract: A pouch, which is inserted into a purse. The inside front and back walls of the pouch have pockets of an assortment of sizes and materials, which enable a person to organize the items carried in a purse. The pockets are designed to hold a multiplicity of items. Some of the pockets are padded, which eliminates the need for additional cases such as is needed for the protection of eyeglasses. In addition, the pouch has a separate middle section, which is comprised of a wall having pockets on both sides. The middle section can be removed by lifting it out of the pouch, and can then be inserted into a smaller purse. The pouch and the separate removable middle section enable a person to change purses quickly and allows a person to change from one purse to a purse of a different size.
