Abstract: Provided in accordance with the present invention, are preferred embodiments for increasing or decreasing the lever arm on a key, specifically the bow portion of the key. The invention includes a master segment that preferably is round or oval in shape and easily griped by a user. The master segment includes a means for securing thereto a key, and at an end opposite the key, a means for securing additional segments thereto for increasing the lever arm on the key, hence the key blade. In different embodiments, the segments may be secured together using a screw or bolt that passes through the segments, or more preferably, each segment, excluding the master segment, may have a means for securing to a segment and a means for securing a segment thereto. In use the user inserts the blade portion of the key in a normal fashion and then uses the segments or Universal Key Stick to rotate the key, hence the blade portion, thereby rotating the lock or tumbler assembly.

Abstract: A belt which mounts to the hips and thighs and includes a number of fasteners for selectively attaching one or more training bands. The fasteners are arrayed about the circumference of hip and thigh straps. Varying degrees of resistance to hip rotation are obtained upon selectively positioning appropriate elastic and/or static training bands to the fasteners at the front, sides and rear of the hip strap. The training bands may be supported to stationary objects or handles can be gripped by a training assistant. The assembly finds particular advantage for training softball pitchers and batters, although can be used to condition other dynamic training or therapeutic movements.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a spark plug boot with an improved lubricant including a perfluoroalkylpolyether, which may be blended with an extender such as a polydimethylsiloxane grease. A mixture of ratios can be utilized for desired characteristics ranging from 100:0 to 25:75 weight percent perfluoroalkylpolyether to polydimethylsiloxane.

Abstract: A penetrating bone cement, for example a cement having a viscosity at 68.degree. to 70.degree. F. of less than 5000 poise and, preferably, less than 2000 poise up to the fifth or sixth minute after the cement is mixed, is injected under high pressure such that the bone cement penetrates the trabeculae of the bone to provide an improved fixation interface between the bone cement and bone. The bone cement is placed within a reinforced, front loading cartridge having a plunger at one end thereof and a nozzle at the other end thereof.The end of the cartridge having the plunger engages a high pressure injection gun including a housing axially supporting a rod with respect to the cartridge. Carried on the rod is a forward engaging member cooperating with a lever pivoted to the housing. Manual rotation of the lever engages the forward engaging member and forces the rod forward to force the plunger into the cartridge.
