A method includes analyzing a plurality of first reference inputs to determine a plurality of first agreement scores for a first user, wherein each first reference input is made by the first user with respect to one of a plurality of electronic statements; analyzing a plurality of second reference inputs to determine a plurality of second agreement scores for a second user, wherein each second reference input is made by the second user with respect to one of the electronic statements, wherein analyzing each of the plurality of first reference inputs and the plurality of second reference inputs further includes applying a plurality of predetermined agreement rules; and generating a similarity score between the first user and the second user based on the first agreement scores, the second agreement scores, and at least one predetermined similarity rule.
