Abstract: The table comprises a mounting with columns each comprised of a lower portion and of a telescopic upper portion. A cross-bar connects the upper portions. A height adjusting device acts on the upper telescopic portion which carries a plate for the keyboard and an independent height adjustable screen plate. Each plate has its own lower portions and upper portions and its own adjusting system. Each column has its own actuation handle arranged on the long side of the plate and comprising driving shafts for the height adjusting device of the keyboard plate and the screen plate. The driving shafts traverse the lower portion and the upper portion carrying the keyboard plate and the traversed upper portions are provided with oblong holdes for the driving shafts, of which the length corresponds at least to the adjusting travel. Such arrangement enables to house the driving shafts in an invisible manner and to support them in a simple way.

Abstract: Basic fire resistant material comprised of burned or calcined sintered dolomite and organic binding means having plastic properties which can be densified at low pressures, whose shaped bodies have intermediate and final strengths in a temperature range between 300.degree. and 1600.degree. C. in which, related to the fire resistant basic materials, the proportion of binding means is 3 to 8% by weight wherein 0.1 to 2% by weight are silicon-organic compounds, and the fire resistant basic materials are from 10 to 15% by weight of particles having a particle size smaller than 45 .mu.m.

Abstract: A rotary tubular furnace is provided at its outlet end with a satellite cooler comprising a plurality of cooling tubes uniformly spaced around the end portion of said tubular furnace and/or a tubular extension thereof, and each of said cooling tubes is provided with an influent member which during the rotation of the furnace intermittently dips into a cooling liquid bath to thereby supply cooling liquid to the respective cooling tube in regulatable quantities, said cooling liquid bath being connected with a supply of cooling liquid by a stationary supply conduit.
