  • Patent number: 11772319
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing a pipe shell from an insulating material by means of which the cycle times can be further reduced while the quality of the pipe shell is simultaneously improved, by at least one web (29) of the insulating material which is provided with a binding agent being wound around a core (19) by means of at least two opposing belts (12, 13) which wrap around the core (19) partially. The method steps are characterized in that the at least one wound-up web (32) of insulating material is removed in a radial direction of the core (19) which is, however, not opposite to the direction in which the at least one web (29) of insulating material was fed by the one belt (12), especially by the wound-up web (32) being discharged through the same belt (12).

  • Patent number: 10606063
Abstract: A reversing system for telescopic sights has a guide sleeve, an outer sleeve and a mount with an optical element, the outer sleeve being axially fixed and rotatable on the guide sleeve, and an inner cam slot in the guide sleeve, and an outer cam slot in the outer sleeve. The mount is axially displaceable in the guide sleeve and has a guide pin that projects into the inner cam slot and the outer cam slot, the guide pin having a carrier shaft with a first pivot bearing and a second pivot bearing seated thereon. The first pivot bearing is guided within the outer cam slot, and the second pivot bearing is guided within the inner cam slot. The first pivot bearing and/or the second pivot bearing have an inner ring that sits on the carrier shaft and an outer ring that is rotatably supported on the inner ring.

  • Publication number: 20190254453
Abstract: The cooling and heating tray (11) for gastronomy containers has a base (12) and side walls (13, 14, 15), wherein a heating device and a cooling device are provided for optional operation as a heating tray or as a cooling tray, and wherein the heating device heats the base (12). According to the invention, both the base (12) and the side walls (13, 14, 15) consist of stainless steel, and the base (12) is fixed at a number of locations, preferably by means of threaded bolts (16) welded to the base (12), to a sandwich panel (20), preferably consisting of a layer of stainless steel (21), a layer of aluminium (22) and a further layer of stainless steel (23). The cooling device cools both the side walls (13, 14, 15) and the base (12).

  • Publication number: 20190223637
Abstract: A cooling and heating plate, in particular for serving food and beverages, is connected to a cooling unit and an electrical heating device, preferably a silicone panel heater, is also provided on the under side of the plate. The plate is a multilayered plate having an upper plate, preferably of chrome nickel steel, and an aluminum plate situated thereunder. At least one steel pipe, which is preferably seamless with serpentine curves, having a compressive strength of at least 50 bar is integrally cast in the aluminum plate. As a result, carbon dioxide can also be used as a coolant. Fastening elements can also be integrally cast in the aluminum plate.
