In this case, the put-away convertible top is held down with the aid of the convertible top compartment cover and is fixed in the held-down position by at least one holding-down device which can be placed onto the convertible top and is disposed on the convertible top compartment cover. The holding-down device has a friction-reducing coating facing the convertible top.
