  • Patent number: 8869988
Abstract: A cooler for particulate product includes a substantially enclosed housing. A first cooling screen is disposed in the housing and is configured to receive the product. The first cooling screen is configured to move the product along a surface by gravity when the first cooling screen vibrated. A duct is coupled to the first cooling screen to move cooling fluid through the first cooling screen. A second cooling screen is disposed in the housing below the first screen and is configured to receive the product after discharge from the first screen. The second screen is configured to move the particulate product along a surface when vibrated. A second duct is coupled to the second screen to move cooling fluid through the screen. A collector receives the particulate product after moving along a surface of the second screen. A vibrator is coupled to the housing and vibrates the housing.

  • Patent number: 8256309
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a break in a screen of a vibratory separator includes an infeed section coupled to the housing such that at least a portion of the material passing through the screen and directed from the housing is directed through the infeed section, a detector screening element receiving material from the infeed section, wherein the detector screening element has a plurality of openings having a size equal to or slightly larger than the opening size of the screen in the vibratory separator, and a level sensor positioned above the detector screening element, wherein the level sensor is positioned to detect material build up on the detector screening element.

  • Patent number: 6698593
Abstract: A vibratory screen separator using screens includes a base and a housing resiliently mounted to the base and divided into two wall portions held together by a clamp band. Brackets are located high on the housing and lifts are diametrically positioned to either side of the housing. The lifts are pivotally mounted to the base through feet to move from a first position engaging the brackets to a second position displaced from the housing. Each lift includes a fluid cylinder and shaft mounted to an arm. A head associated with the shaft of the fluid cylinder and shaft engages a slot on the associated bracket and can operate to lift a portion of the housing with the clamp band removed. In this lifted state, access is provided to screens clamped within the housing between housing portions.
