    Abstract: The invention relates to vaccines providing protection against infections caused by members of the Pasteurellaceae family comprising outer membrane vesicles as the only active components, wherein the outer membrane vesicles are obtained from one or more strains of the Pasteurellaceae family, with the proviso that hypervesiculating strains are excluded. The invention also relates to a method for preparing such a vaccine.
