  • Patent number: 6144133
Abstract: A direct current electromotor, having in particular small dimensions, comprising a collector plate arranged on a shaft, a plurality of collector wires held by the collector plate plate and accumulated to a collector sleeve, and comprising a capacitor disk also arranged in the area of the collector plate, the contact pads of the capacitor disk are each in electrical connection to at least one associated collector wire in a respective coordination. A direct current motor of this kind shall have a more simple structure so that very small diameters can also be produced. This is achieved in that the capacitor disk with its contact pads is directly set onto the collector wires and is connected therewith.

  • Patent number: 6058594
Abstract: The present invention refers to an electric motor comprising a stator with an internal permanent magnet and a tubular magnetic return sleeve surrounding said permanent magnet whereby an annular air gap is formed therebetween, said magnetic return sleeve being held at its axial and radial positions relative to said permanent magnet by a frame of plastic material injected around these two components and being connected to said permanent magnet by said plastic frame. The present invention aims at improving the manner in which the two structural components are attached to and positioned on one another.

  • Patent number: 5844337
Abstract: The present invention refers to an electric motor including a tubular housing member and at least one cover secured thereto, said cover having an insertion area, which is inserted in the housing member in an essentially tight-fitting manner and which is connected to said housing member by means of at least one deformed portion of an end face area of said housing member. This kind of connection between the cover and the housing member is to be improved. This improvement is achieved by the features that the cover abuts on an end face of the housing member via a flange and that it has at least one opening in the transition region of the insertion area and the flange, said opening being accessible from outside via an access opening and forming an undercut portion at the insertion area, a respective portion of the end face area of the housing member being deformed into engagement with said undercut portion by moving the ram into said access opening, whereby the cover is locked in position on said housing member.
