  • Publication number: 20220255091
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a diaphragm-electrode arrangement including seal from at least one layer material and an electrode material. A diaphragm-electrode arrangement made of an electrode material and at least one layer material is provided either from a common roll store or as a layer assemblage from individual rolls. The electrode material is connected to the at least one layer material by an injection molding process. Cavities and edge areas in the at least one layer material are filled up by the injection molding material and form a seal of the band-shaped diaphragm-electrode arrangement. The injection molding material, in particular TPE, is used in the following stacking process as a seal between the electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20100272992
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of coating a fiber-cement or concrete molding with a polymeric film, which comprises a) placing and securing the molding in a capsule, the polymeric film being mounted between capsule wall and molding, b) evacuating the air in the chamber between polymeric film and molding, c) heating the polymeric film, d) letting down a second chamber between polymeric film and capsule wall to atmospheric pressure with external air, and e) thereby pressing the polymeric film onto the molding, and maintaining a vacuum during this pressing operation; and also to fiber-cement and concrete moldings coated using this method.

  • Publication number: 20080287643
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel and improved polyamides composed of meta-xylylenediamine and having an amino end group content of less than 15 mmol/kg. Also found have been processes for preparing these polyamides composed of meta-xylylenediamine and adipic acid and having an amino end group content of less than 15 mmol/kg, which comprises reacting salt solutions of adipic acid and m-xylylenediamine at temperatures of from 80 to 300° C. and a pressure of from 1 to 20 bar with removal of water.

  • Patent number: 6386638
Abstract: The invention relates to a seat back for a vehicle with a one-piece supporting structure made of light metal alloy, with a frame having an essentially rectangular contour and defining the upper, the lower and the two lateral delimitations of the seat back. A particularly stable embodiment is achieved by having a cross-shaped reinforcement rib accommodated in the frame in the vicinity of its diagonals, said rib being provided with rib structures arranged thereon in a grid-like configuration.

  • Patent number: 6102674
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrically operated coolant pump with a rotor which is encompassed by a stator of the electromotor and comprises a rotor shaft with hollow design through which the liquid supply to the impeller is made, with the stator being arranged in a stator chamber of the motor housing and the rotor shaft being rotationally held in the motor housing, with the bearing of the rotor shaft being effected by way of roller bearings. In order to increase the efficiency and reduce the wear and tear of the bearings, it is proposed that at least one roller bearing is arranged as a leakproof roller bearing and sealing elements are integrated in the roller bearing cages, and that the stator chamber which is separated in a leakproof manner from the conveying liquid is provided with a dry design.
