  • Publication number: 20070249290
Abstract: A device may include an amplifier to receive an input signal, amplify the input signal to produce an output signal, and send the output signal to a destination. The device may include a processing module to process feedback information related to the input signal and the output signal to generate a result that is used to distort input signals for input to the amplifier, wherein the distorted input signals account for distortion produced by the amplifier.

  • Patent number: 6973135
Abstract: In a wireless telecommunications system, data processing delays associated with digital channelization and de-channelization may be reduced through the use of a technique that involves processing data blocks in conjunction with the transformation of the data blocks by a large, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm, and makes use of multiple transmission and reception branches. In accordance with this technique, the processing delays associated with the FFT algorithm are minimized, but not to the detriment of other important channelizer/de-channelizer design characteristics, such as power consumption, die area and computational complexity.

  • Patent number: 6056110
Abstract: An arrangement in an overhead conveyor, which has a chain part, a guide part, and load carriers connected or convertible to the chain part. The chain part is formed of a plurality of rotationally symmetrical driver bodies arranged in a row, and flexible connecting means interconnecting the driver bodies. The guide part is formed of a substantially U-shaped section opening upwards, with a groove in which the chain part is adapted to travel and be guided by inwardly directed sliding surfaces formed of slide elements. Slide elements are also arranged on the tops of the U section legs, and the load carrier rests with an arm against one of said tops. A second arm of the load carrier extends outside the leg of the U section for connecting a load.

  • Patent number: 5227706
Abstract: A functional control device (1), designed to be used in primarily textile machines (20), in which the speed must be varied in a simple fashion. Its function involves a conversion of a pressure of a gaseous or liquid medium to a code, which is adapted to the machine. When speed control means, having plates (2, 3), designed to be depressed, e.g. in a sewing machines (20), are used, one of the pedals corresponds to a forward depressing movement and the other a backward depressing movement. When a nozzle (4) is used, said functions can also be provided. The so-called forward depressing movement comprises a presser foot downwards and 12 speed steps, from zero to a maximum rotational speed, which can be as high as 400-9,000 rev./min. A backward depressing movement comprises a presser foot as well as a cutting/locking function. The function of the pressure error interface can be varied in a simple way, for various types of machine control means, and for varying pressure sensitivities.
