  • Publication number: 20050237147
Abstract: It is materialised in a fuse holder module (1) in which housings (2) and (4) of suitable number and shape are arranged for the different fuses (3) and (5) involved in a diagnostic or periodic control operation of vehicle safety systems, such as ABS, airbags, brake control or others, such that the disconnection of said fuse holder module (1) from the main electric junction box of the vehicle entails the simultaneous global disconnection of all the fuses associated to said module. A cover (7) joined with a single piece character to the fuse holder module (1) through a joint (8) closes the housings (2) and (4) for the fuses (3) and (5), and maintains these perfectly stabilized inside the fuse holder module (1).

  • Publication number: 20050238458
Abstract: Specially conceived for the fixing of commercial screws to electrical distribution boxes as those used in automotive vehicles, it consists of a U-shaped metallic part (4), with the central branch thereof provided with a hole (5) for the passage of the threaded rod (2) of the screw and which side branches are spaced in accordance with the width of the head (3) of said screw, said side branches (6) of the metallic part being intended to couple under pressure into grooves (8) arranged on the plastic support or distribution box (1), for which said side branches (6) have their side edges provided with dentations (9) in the form of hooks which lock themselves onto the side edges of the grooves (8), immobilizing the metallic part (4) both in an angular direction and in an axial direction, and transferring said immobilization to the screw (2) through the head (3) thereof.

  • Patent number: 6824397
Abstract: Specially applicable to the fuse holder boxes (7) connectable to a distribution box (1) in the electrical installations of automotive vehicles, wherein housings (2) are arranged in said distribution box (1) for the male terminals (3), which upwardly project therefrom and which remain axially immobilized, in working mode, as a result of respective resilient retainers (4), whilst the female terminals complementary to said male terminals (3) and corresponding to the respective fuses are arranged in the fuse holder boxes (7), the invention consists of providing the fuse holder boxes (7) with extensions (9) of its own plastic material, of suitable number and position so as to act on the resilient retainers (4) in the assembly of said fuse holder box on the distribution box (1), immobilizing them against the male terminals (3) and, in turn, consequently immobilizing the latter against axial forces and vibratory movements, preventing said male terminals (3) from being able to move and moreover to uncouple from the d
