    Abstract: The present invention relates to a clear cosmetic stick composition comprising (a) from about 3-15% of a soap gelling agent; (b) from about 10-90% of at least one polyhydric alcohol solvent; and (c) from about 0.5-10% of a combination of the clarifying agents pentadoxynol 200 and ethoxylated jojoba esters. The composition is useful, for example, as the base for a deodorant stick.
