  • Publication number: 20240074349
Abstract: A system for an agricultural harvester can include one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media collectively store a machine-learned model configured to receive data associated with one or more harvest-related conditions for an agricultural harvester and process the data to determine a first harvest-related parameter associated with an infeed volume of harvest material for the agricultural harvester and instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, configure the computing system to perform operations. The operations can include obtaining the data associated with one or more harvest-related conditions, inputting the data into the machine-learned model, and receiving a first value for the harvest-related parameter as a first output of the machine-learned model.

  • Patent number: 10448500
Abstract: An HF combiner includes a housing having a common terminal and n signal line terminals. The n signal line terminals are coupled to the common terminal within the housing via one of n filter paths in each case. A circuit board arrangement is used for outcoupling and separately transmitting low-frequency signals, and includes a common terminal contact and n signal line terminal contacts. Each of the n signal line terminal contacts is electrically connected or connectable to the common terminal contact via one of n bypass lines in each case. For this purpose, a control device controls n signal line switching devices. When an AISG signal is detected at one of the n signal line terminal contacts, the control device is designed to electrically connect the particular one of the n signal line terminal contacts, at which the AISG signal has been detected, to the common terminal contact.

  • Patent number: 9512802
Abstract: A method for operating an internal combustion engine having two or more cylinders to which fuel can be supplied via an injection valve, it being possible to carry out a measurement injection for a cylinder in order to determine and/or adapt a characteristic quantity of the injection valve, and all the cylinders being ignited in the course of an ignition cycle. To improve the operating characteristics, a measurement injection is carried out for those cylinders that are contained in a specifiable selected set selected from all the cylinders.

  • Publication number: 20160273025
Abstract: PNA is a synthetic molecule analogue to DNA that, due to its physicochemical properties, allows a faster analysis with higher sensitivity and specificity than the DNA probes. These probes are combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), a molecular biology technique that allows the direct visualization of the microorganisms in the sample. The combination of these two technologies rendered the FISH procedure to be faster, simpler and more efficient. This method can be applied to a great variety of samples such as food, blood, biopsies, feces, water and other clinical, environmental or agriculture and food industry samples. The present invention also includes the development of the kit of detection and respective procedure for the specific identification of Escherichia coli O157:H7 using the above referred sample types.

  • Publication number: 20160137693
Abstract: The present invention refers to the development of a Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA) probe for the detection and discrimination of Aspergillus fumigatus in different types of samples. PNA is a synthetic molecule analogue to DNA that, due to its physicochemical properties, allows a faster analysis with higher sensitivity than the DNA probes. These probes are combined with Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), a molecular biology technique that allows the detection of Aspergillus fumigatus in diverse clinical samples, such as blood, serum, sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and biopsies. The combination of these two technologies rendered the FISH procedure faster, simpler and more efficient. The present invention also includes the development of the kit of detection and respective procedure for the Aspergillus fumigatus identification in clinical samples.

  • Publication number: 20130102000
Abstract: The present invention refers to the development of a Peptide Nucleic acid (PNA) probe for the detection of the Salmonella genus in different types of samples. PNA is a synthetic molecule analogue to DNA that, due to its physicochemical properties, allows a faster analysis with higher sensitivity than the DNA probes. These probes are combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), a molecular biology technique that allows the direct visualization of the microorganism in the sample. • Publication number: 20120231455
Abstract: Four peptide nucleic acid probes (PNA) are for the detection of Helicobacter pylori and/or response analysis of Helicobacter pylori strains to clarithromycin. The probes are based in molecular biology methods, namely fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) that are used in H. pylori clarithromycin susceptibility diagnosis in several sample types, including clinical isolates and biopsies. Due to physical and chemical characteristics inherent in its structure, the probes allow a faster and more sensitive hybridization. A kit may use one or several probes described here and the related process of detection or quantification. The kit identifies H. pylori and its response to clarithromycin in clinical samples.
