  • Patent number: 11918301
Abstract: The invention relates to a goniometer that enables precise marking of the desired ocular axis in the phase immediately after surgery for the treatment of astigmatism. It essentially consists of two circular, transparent discs, one of which is at least axially stationary, in which the angles from 0° to 180° are marked, which are aligned with the angles from 0° to 180° of the patient's eye; and the other one of which is movable both angularly and axially, with a reference mark (9) and moving rigidly connected to a marking part (12), impregnated with die, which is responsible for marking the eye. Not only does the device make it possible to carry out said marking in a precise and comfortable manner, it also makes it possible to measure the angle of toric lenses already implanted.

  • Patent number: 11777852
Abstract: A method of operating a web service atomic transaction (WS-AT) system includes: receiving, at a processor of an extensible markup language (XML) gateway, a first message from a communicatively coupled client, and inserting a WS-AT Transaction Identifier (ID) from a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) header into a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) header of the first message to generate a first modified message. The method also includes: receiving, at a processor of a network device communicatively coupled to the XML gateway, the first modified message from the XML gateway, determining that the WS-AT Transaction ID is not yet associated with a service provider in a routing table, and in response, sending the first modified message to a particular service provider and associating the WS-AT Transaction ID with the particular service provider in the routing table such that future messages from the client can be routed to the particular service provider.

  • Publication number: 20230150110
Abstract: A storage device (10) including a circumferential wall (24) that extends along a longitudinal axis (A-A) from an open first end (24P) to a second end (24D) and circumscribes an internal chamber (40) configured to receive a respective axial portion (202) of a tool (200). The storage device further includes a tool tray (12) that radially extends outward from an axial center of the internal chamber to the circumferential wall. The tool tray includes a top surface (22) configured to support a respective head portion (204) of each tool (200) and one or more troughs (26) formed through the top surface and a bottom surface of the tool tray. Each trough defines a respective width sufficient to prevent passage of the respective head portion through the trough and permit passage of the respective axial portion through the trough when the respective head portion is supported by the top surface.

  • Patent number: 9828218
Abstract: A set of pallets for transportation systems for transporting passengers and/or goods may include a pulling pallet that pulls a pulled pallet. The pulled and pulling pallets may articulate relative to one another about an axis substantially perpendicular to a direction of displacement of a continuous belt formed by such sets of pallets. The set of pallets may have a support surface for supporting passengers and/or goods, as well as a functional surface opposite the support surface. The functional surface may include a balance having a first end articulated to the functional surface according to an axis substantially perpendicular to the direction of displacement and a second end opposite the first end that has a one or more coupling devices that form a coupling joint between one or more devices that pull the pulling pallet along a trajectory followed by the continuous belt.
