The object of the present invention is to provide a data processing system for initiating and administering an income bonded loan which overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional prior art methods. This invention provides an operatively interconnected data processing system for producing and administering an income bonded loan wherein the whole or part of the compensation paid for the use of the funds is repaid by a predetermined percentage of future income rather than by an interest rate whether fixed or variable.
