  • Patent number: 12633807
Abstract: A method for producing a shaft grounding ring includes providing a shaft grounding ring having an annular main body and contact elements arranged on the main body. The contact elements are electrically conductive and plastic-based. The contact elements are configured to establish an electrically conductive sliding contact with a circumferential surface of a shaft or of a sleeve placed onto the shaft. The contact elements are elastically bendable such that the contact elements are configured to preload the electrically conductive sliding contact. Additionally, the method includes thermally preconditioning the shaft grounding ring before use.

  • Publication number: 20210348952
Abstract: The sensor unit for a sensor/transmitter system is used to capture at least rotational and linear movements of a component (1) having magnetic poles. The sensor unit has at least one sensor which is at least one electrically conductive conductor bar (5) which is transverse with respect to the direction of movement of a magnetic field of the component (1). The relative movement between the magnetic field and the conductor bar (5) produces a voltage at said conductor bar, which voltage can be supplied to evaluation electronics (4).

  • Patent number: 11070114
Abstract: The invention relates to a shaft-grounding ring which is used to remove induced voltages or electric charges from a first machine element (68), preferably from a shaft, into a second machine element (69) and has an annular housing (1), which consists of electrically conductive material and is conductively connected to the one machine element (68, 69) and has an electrically conductive connection to at least one discharging element (8). The discharging element consists of an electrically conductive material and has an electrically conductive connection to the other machine element. The discharging element (8) is a disk-shaped discharging body that extends at least over part of the circumference thereof.

  • Patent number: 10024433
Abstract: A crankshaft seal flange has a support made at least partially of a plastic material. The support has a passage with an inner wall. The support has at least one dynamic seal that extends about a circumference of the inner wall of the passage. At least one sensor is provided that detects crankshaft rotary speed and crankshaft position. The at least one sensor encompasses an electronic component group that is integrated into the plastic material of the support.
