  • Patent number: 8220491
Abstract: A piezoelectric valve having a housing is provided with an inner chamber, in which ends at least one nozzle communicating with an associated port for a medium and provided with a sealing seat having a seat face, a deformable piezoelectric bending element being received in the inner chamber of the housing in such a way that the nozzle can be closed by a portion of the bending element movable relative to the nozzle in response to deformation of the bending element, and the bending element being provided with padding of an elastically resilient material, at least in its region opposite the nozzle. This sealing seat is disposed at the end face of a nozzle insert, which is disposed to be displaceable substantially perpendicular to the seat face in a receptacle fixed to the housing, a thermally expandable compensating member acting between the receptacle and the associated nozzle insert.

  • Publication number: 20060140787
Abstract: A hydraulic assembly including a reservoir, a pump arrangement, hydraulic control elements, and an electric motor for the pump arrangement whose components are coaxially arranged along a straight axis, possibly overlapping one another partially, is constructed having smaller dimensions and with simpler construction. The pump arrangement is therefore an axial piston pump (2, 2a, 5, 6) whose cylinder block (2) is oriented coaxially to the other components and the cylinder block (2) is provided with several pump elements (6).

  • Patent number: 6959911
Abstract: A valve features a deflectable actuating element (1) that controls the movements of at least one actual sealing element (3) for opening and/or closing at least one sealing contour (6), and the actuating element is loaded via an elastic element (5) essentially perpendicularly relative to the direction of the deflection; and the longitudinal axis of the actuating element and the force applied by the elastic element are aligned in a position of the actuating element that is between its two extreme positions. The actuating element (1) is preferably an unilaterally loaded piezoelectric bending transducer, and the sealing element (3) is preferably a toggle that has the ability to swing around an axis arranged perpendicularly relative to the direction of the deflection of the actuating element (1).
