The granulate production device includes a granulator, a screening device connected to the granulator via a granulate feed line, a processing apparatus which is connected to a screen product chamber of the screening device via a granulate transfer line, and a measuring device which is suitable for detecting a physical parameter of a transfer gas. The transfer gas can be conveyed by a conveyor device arrangement on a transfer gas conveyor path extending from a feed line inlet to a transfer line outlet. The measuring device is suitable for detecting a physical parameter of the transfer gas selected from flow rate, mass flow, and flow velocity on the transfer gas conveyor path.

The fluidizing device includes a fluidizing unit having a perforated distributor plate dividing the fluidizing unit into a distributor chamber and a fluidizing chamber. The fluidizing chamber includes a material inlet and the distributor chamber includes a material discharge. In an operating condition, the fluidizing chamber is first filled through the material inlet with material to be treated and the material is then treated by the process gas flowing through the fluidizing chamber.

Abstract: A particle removal device for removing particles from a process gas stream, and a method for wet cleaning of the particle removal device. The particle removal device includes a housing comprising a vertically oriented longitudinal axis, a filter subdividing the housing into a process chamber and a clean gas chamber, and a clean gas chamber cleaning device arranged in the clean gas chamber and having at least one clean gas chamber cleaning nozzle for wet cleaning of the filter. The clean gas chamber cleaning nozzle includes a filter plane inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis during the cleaning process and includes a bypass device through which a bypass channel passes. The bypass device includes a bypass channel gate valve that can be selectively positioned in a closed position preventing fluid flow through the bypass channel or in at least one open position allowing fluid flow.

Also provided is a method for granulating, agglomerating, pelletising, drying and/or coating using such a device and a base suitable for use as a distributor plate in a convective drying apparatus.
