  • Publication number: 20260199470
Abstract: Provided herein are T cell receptors (TCRs) or antigen-binding fragments thereof, such as those that recognize or bind a relatively hematopoietically-restricted minor histocompatibility antigen, e.g., HA-2. In particular, the present disclosure relates to TCRs that bind or recognize particular HA-2 peptides in the context of a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule. The present disclosure further relates to nucleic acids encoding such TCRs, engineered cells comprising such TCRs, methods of isolating such TCRs, and uses thereof, for example, in cell therapy.

  • Publication number: 20260085434
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems comprising one or more electro-synthesizer units (ESU) and at least one hydrogen compensation unit (HCU), wherein the system is configured to efficiently loop hydrogen within the ESU and compensate by any lost hydrogen with HCU.

  • Patent number: 12000534
Abstract: A kit for changing the engine oil in a vehicle. The kit may include a bucket for collecting the spent oil. The kit may also include a dolly for rolling the bucket underneath the vehicle, and a collapsible stand for elevating the bucket to transfer the dirty oil to a recycling container. A spigot at the bottom of the bucket allows for draining the dirty oil into the recycling container. The bottom of the bucket is inclined toward the spigot, and the inner edge of the bottom is beveled to ensure complete emptying of the oil. The kit may include a hook for hanging the used oil filter to drain in the bucket. A magnet on the lid may be included to mount a wrench or other tools for easy access during the oil change procedure. A handle on the bucket and a leak-proof lid may complete the kit.

  • Patent number: 11469976
Abstract: A method for cloud-based, control-plane-event monitoring includes receiving control-plane events from a cloud-based element associated with a first and a second cloud environment. The received control-plane events are ingested from the cloud-based elements associated with the first and second cloud environments to generate a multiple-source data set from the control-plane events from the cloud-based elements associated with the first and second cloud environments. The multiple-source data set is then evaluated based on attributes of the first and second cloud environments in order to generate a common event data set. The common event data set is then processed using a rule set to generate an outcome.
