    Abstract: An additive delivery laminate, suitable for cooking a food product and transferring a colorant, flavorant, and/or odorant to a food product, has an additive delivery layer comprising a thermoplastic layer and additive granules containing a food additive. The laminate further comprises a substrate layer to which the additive delivery layer is bonded. The additive delivery layer is placed in contact with the food product to be packaged, with the granules thereafter dissolving and the additive being transferred to the food product. The additive can be transferred during cook-in or otherwise. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the additive delivery laminate and a process for preparing a packaged food product.

Typically, the heat resistant coating has a melting range that is greater than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic film and exceeds the temperature of the heat generated during foam formation. As such, packaging films and bags that are prepared in accordance with the invention help prevent foam-in-bag cushions from fusing together. Particularly useful heat resistant coatings include ink varnishes and resins that are solvent-based, water-based, or energy cured.

    Abstract: I have invented a device for removing a fuel injector from the engine block of an internal combustion engine that comprises a support member having a cylindrical channel passing through said support member, a threaded rod that includes a first lug nut fitted onto one end of said rod in a manner that supports said first lug nut and allows the rod to turn without turning said first lug nut, said threaded rod inserted through said channel in said support member, a second lug nut screwed over and onto the other end of said rod in a manner that prevents removal of said rod from said support member, and said first lug nut provided with internal threads capable of mating with the threads provided on a fuel injector.
