Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for providing a pedestrian-oriented navigation app for a mobile device. Destination information is received from a pedestrian using a mobile device. The mobile device retrieves pedestrian-oriented mapping data and routing for the navigation of the pedestrian to the destination, determines a current location and direction of the pedestrian based upon GPS data and compass data retrieved from the device, and displays the current location and direction of the pedestrian along with a route for the pedestrian to the destination on the user interface of the mobile device based on the pedestrian-oriented mapping data and routing. If the mobile device detects that the pedestrian has deviated from the route, the mobile device alters the display on the user interface to alert the pedestrian to the deviation.

Top and bottom rails are run horizontally between upright support posts that are set in the ground at regularly spaced intervals. The elongated pickets are positioned vertically between the top and bottom rails. Each picket has a flange on both vertical edges so that adjacent pickets are interlocked using a lap joint thereby preventing any gaps between the elongated pickets. The regularly spaced upright support posts are located within a vertical shaft that passes through the elongated vertical pickets, thereby allowing the elongated interlocking vertical pickets to form a continuous fencing surface.

Abstract: A soap retriever for use in a shower stall comprising an elongated shaft having an upper end and a lower end, a downwardly concave hook attached to the upper end of the retriever for hanging the soap retriever in the shower stall when not in use, a soap receiving compartment mounted at the lower end of the soap retriever, the soap compartment including a pair of vertically spaced horizontal plates, the horizontal plates consisting of an upper horizontal plate and a lower horizontal plate, the two plates extending divergently outwardly from the shaft and forming therebetween the compartment for receiving a bar of soap therein. In one embodiment of the soap retriever, the shaft is comprised of a pair of relatively telescopic members which permit the shaft to be shortened or lengthened.
