Abstract: A golf training device is described, and which forms an aiming point which is directed towards a golf ball by the correct positioning of a golfer's head and body, and wherein the aiming point assists the golfer in positioning and maintaining the golfer's head and body in an appropriate orientation relative to the golf ball so that the golfer may continually view the aiming point which is directed towards the golf ball through at least a portion of the golf swing of a golfer to strike the golf ball and thereby achieve improved golfing performance.

Abstract: A device and methodology for gaining access into a body cavity of a patient is described and which includes an elongated sheath; an elongated dilator which is telescopingly received in the sheath, and wherein the elongated dilator has a distal end which is received within a body cavity to be accessed, a selectively inflatable occlusion balloon mounted on the dilator, and first and second sources of pressurized fluid which is coupled in fluid flowing relation relative to the dilator, and which further is effective, on the one hand, for inflating the occlusion balloon, and secondly for delivery into the body cavity of the patient based on the desires of a clinician.
