  • Publication number: 20240145242
Abstract: Implementations described herein generally relate to processes for the fabrication of semiconductor devices in which a blocking layer of molecules is used to achieve selective epitaxial deposition. In one implementation, a method of processing a mixed-surface substrate comprising an exposed dielectric material and an exposed silicon-based material is provided. The method comprises depositing a blocking layer on the exposed dielectric material and epitaxially and selectively depositing a silicon-containing material layer on the exposed silicon-based material at a temperature of 400 degrees Celsius or greater. The method further involves removing the blocking layer from the dielectric material.

  • Publication number: 20240072072
Abstract: An electronic device includes a substrate and a first signal line. The substrate has an edge, an active region and a peripheral region, wherein the peripheral region is located between the active region and the edge. The first signal line is disposed in the peripheral region, and extends along a first direction which is perpendicular to an extension direction of the edge. The first signal line has a line portion and an end portion. The end portion has a first end point and a second end point. Along a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction, a distance between the first end point and the line portion is different from a distance between the second end point and the line portion.

  • Publication number: 20220306192
Abstract: A torque sensor includes an input rotation component, which rotates with a steering column input shaft and is provided with a first conducting part, an output rotation component which rotates with a steering column output shaft and is provided with a second conducting part, and an electromagnetic carrier positioned in a positionally fixed manner and provided with a magnetic field generating component and a magnetic field detection component. The magnetic field generating component generates a magnetic field penetrating the first conducting part and the second conducting part, the magnetic field detection component detects a change in the magnetic field caused by a change in the positions of the first and second conducting parts in the magnetic field when the steering column is under torsional stress, and the steering torque is determined on the basis of the detected change in the magnetic field.

  • Publication number: 20050039725
Abstract: The invention relates to a fuel system having pressure pulsation damping. The invention specifically locates restrictors in relation to identified critical elements of the system to control the maximum operating system pulse magnitude, as well as damping the overall pulsations of the system.
