  • Patent number: 11955117
Abstract: A system and method are provided for analyzing and reacting to interactions between entities using electronic communication channels. The method includes receiving, via the communications module, data captured from a conversational exchange between a first entity communicating with a second entity using an electronic communication channel. The method also includes analyzing the captured data to detect an indication that the first entity is or was distracted during the conversational exchange, is or was disinterested in a portion of the conversational exchange or missed the portion of the conversational exchange. The method also includes determining based on the indication an action to address the distraction during, disinterest in, or missing of, the portion of the conversational exchange; and providing, via the communications module, an automated message to at least one of the first entity and the second entity for executing the action.

  • Patent number: 11381519
Abstract: Systems and methods for allocating resources. The system includes a communications module, a processor, and a memory. The memory stores a data record and instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to obtain a data record and transmit an existing score indication corresponding to the data record for display at the client device; receive a first time parameter and an action indicator associated with a shared resource and, in response, determine a first provisional score corresponding to the data record based on the existing score indication, the action indicator, and the first time parameter to provide a first provisional score indication; transmit the first provisional score indication and a selectable option associated with the action indicator for display at the client device while the first provisional score indication is displayed; and in response to receiving a resource transfer instruction, allocate the shared resource associated with the action indicator.

  • Patent number: 10970689
Abstract: Methods and devices for controlling display of a user interface. A computing device configured to enable data exchanges in connection with accounts, including a credit account, determines whether a requested data exchange with the credit account will result in the credit account exceeding a utilization threshold. If not, a standard interface for completing the data exchange is displayed. If the data exchange will result in exceeding the threshold, then a modified interface is displayed. The modified interface enables completion of the data exchange within a minimum time period longer than the minimum time period within which the data exchange may be completed through the standard interface. Example modifications include adding an input element or field, adding delay to display or rendering of graphics, adding pop-ups, or removing pre-populated selections or values, among others.

  • Patent number: 10685397
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems and computer implemented methods for performing a failure analysis on a device monitored by at least one connected device, where in response to a determination of an impending failure, at least one corrective action is determined and suggested to the user of the monitored device. In one example, operations include monitoring operations of at least one monitored device using at least one connected device, determining a projected life span of the at least one monitored device based on the monitored operations, and, if the projected life span of the monitored device is less than a threshold amount, determining a corrective action to perform. A proposal can be generated for presentation based on the corrective action. The proposal may be based on the estimated cost of the determined corrective action and an analysis of an account.

  • Patent number: 10600119
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for providing context-based event determination and/or context-based event triggered product and/or service offerings. A system may automatically detect that a client has experienced, directly or indirectly, a personal event, (e.g. a birth, a wedding engagement, a death, a car accident) and use such context to trigger the offering of a product and/or service. Product and/or service data is maintained for respective products and/or services available to clients as is events data associating respective products and/or services to particular personal event scenarios. An offering of at least one product and/or service to provide the client may be determined following the receipt of a personal event scenario experienced by the client. Operations may be performed to communicate to another computer system across a network to provide to the client the offering of the at least one product and/or service.

  • Publication number: 20180096335
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems and methods for automatically analyzing available data exchange terms based on an analysis and comparison of available terms, where some of the terms may be unavailable in the current data exchange context based on the user and counter party to the data exchange. One example system includes a memory and a processor. Operations performed by the processor can include receiving a data exchange request associated with a set of information and an identifier. A set of contextual information associated with the received request can be determined. Options associated with the identifier, each associated with a set of terms, can be loaded from a storage device. A subset of viable options can be determined from the options based on the set of information and the contextual information, and a particular option from the subset can be selected for use in executing the received data exchange request.

  • Publication number: 20170124642
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for providing context-based event determination and/or context-based event triggered financial product offerings. Scenario modeling data is maintained for a plurality of personal event scenarios. Personal event data representing a personal spike for a user of a client device is received from one or more computer systems over a network where the personal spike comprises an instance of personal event data that deviates from a baseline of personal event data determined for the user. Contextual data related to the personal event data is collected from one or more computers. Using the scenario modeling data, contextual data and the personal event data identifying the at least one personal spike, likely personal event scenarios consistent with the contextual data are identified. Methods and systems to establish a personal baseline from instances of personal event data are also described.
